  • Our services include relocation and arrival coordination, lifestyle concierge support, private chef and wellness scheduling, housing and booking assistance, professional service referrals, and long-term lifestyle management. Each package is designed to remove stress and create flow so you can focus on living.

    • Digital nomads relocating for 1–6 months

    • Solo travelers or couples moving abroad for the first time

    • Entrepreneurs, creatives, and freelancers looking to plug into the scene

    • Founders or remote teams needing relocation or concierge support

    Whether you're here to build something new or just catch your breath, we help you get aligned.

    • Our packages are designed around your transition timeline. The Landing Package offers one-time setup services, while Signature Stay and Nomad Elite provide full concierge support for 30 days or more, depending on your needs and duration of stay.

  • Our WhatsApp concierge gives you direct daily access to your local assistant for bookings, recommendations, and personal coordination. It’s your private line for real-time support—whether you need a driver, spa appointment, or dinner reservation.

  • Yes. We handle all pre-arrival coordination, including airport transfer setup, housing research, SIM card preparation, and scheduling of your first-week essentials. You’ll arrive in Costa Rica with everything already organized and ready.

  • To begin, simply schedule a call through our website. We’ll discuss your goals, help you choose the right package, and start planning your personalized relocation and lifestyle experience in Costa Rica.

  • You can stay as long as you’d like. Whether you’re coming for a few weeks, a few months, or planning a full relocation, our team adapts your services to fit your timeline and ongoing needs.

  • Yes. We can accommodate individuals, couples, and small families. If you’re relocating with a partner or co-founder, we’ll customize your plan to include shared housing, experiences, and support for everyone involved.

  • No problem. You can schedule an introductory call anytime. We’ll help you plan around flexible timelines, and once your travel dates are finalized, we’ll confirm all bookings and arrangements.

  • Absolutely. Shorter-term stays benefit most from our Landing or Signature Stay packages, which streamline your setup and include full concierge support to help you settle in instantly.

  • Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to book our services. Our services are designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who value independence, privacy, and a refined lifestyle experience in Costa Rica.

  • Yes. Through our Nomad Elite package, we connect you with vetted local professionals for legal, accounting, and banking support. We guide you through each step but do not provide legal representation directly.

  • Due to the highly personalized nature of our services, all bookings are final once confirmed. Cancellations made within 21 days of the start date are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 21 days in advance, a 50% credit may be applied toward a future booking within six months. Once pre-arrival coordination or on-site scheduling has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Yes. You can upgrade anytime. The value of your initial package will be applied toward the next tier, so your transition remains seamless as your needs evolve.

  • Yes. À-la-carte services such as private chef coordination, wellness scheduling, real estate tours, or professional introductions can be arranged separately based on availability.

  • Yes. We tailor all private chef and meal planning services to your preferences and restrictions. Whether you follow plant-based, keto, gluten-free, or custom diets, your chef and concierge will ensure every detail is handled.

  • Emotional support pets, service animals, and house pets are allowed. Typically this is not recommended because it will greatly limit your accommodation options, as well as limit some of the activities you may be able to attend. 

    Please be aware that all damages or issues with your pet will be your full responsibility and are not included in the services offered to guests. Direct communication with your accommodation host will be required. 

  • Yes. We strongly recommend all guests carry valid travel and medical insurance covering trip changes, health emergencies, and personal belongings. It ensures peace of mind and seamless assistance should any unforeseen situation arise.
